If the order is placed during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), the delivery will be handled as for orders received on Monday — meaning the next working day.

Deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays.

Iggi percept doo Export-Import cannot guarantee or predict whether there will be any import customs costs, as this depends on the specifics of the package and the decision of the customs authority in the importing country (the buyer). Iggi percept doo Export-Import disclaims responsibility if, for any reason, the customs of the importing country refuses to clear the package. In such cases, Iggi percept doo Export-Import does not receive the package back, as customs authorities retain such shipments, and we will not and cannot be obliged to issue a refund. Iggi percept doo Export-Import will ship the goods only under these conditions.
