Complaints

When picking up the shipment, please check your package in the presence of the courier. If there are visible damages on it (torn parts and crushing), you should not take the package. In this case, please call us on +381 66 130 001  ( VIBER, WHATSAPP )
or send us an e-mail with your information (name, surname, phone) to the address  [email protected]  and state the reason why you refused to collect the package. We will inform you about further action as soon as possible.

THE LAW OF SERBIA IS APPLICABLE

If you received the shipment and after opening the package found that the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered ones or the data on the invoice are not correct, please call us at the latest within 24 hours from the moment of receipt of the shipment by phone at the number +381 66 130 001 ( VIBER, WHATSAPP )
, or send an e-mail with your information (name, surname, phone) to the address  [email protected]  and describe what kind of problem you have. We will inform you about further action as soon as possible.


If non-conformities appear on the purchased product in terms of the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection, please act in the manner defined by the Rulebook on Consumer Complaints for Goods Purchased via the Internet Store (you can download the rulebook HERE). You should send the goods together with the Complaints Request form (you can download the form HERE) to the address Iggi percept doo export-import Valjevo (with an indication for the web shop), Koste Andrića 14, 14000 Valjevo.
