Iggi percept doo Export-Import disclaims responsibility if, for any reason, the customs of the importing country refuses to clear the package. In such cases, Iggi percept doo Export-Import does not receive the package back, as customs authorities retain such shipments, and we will not and cannot be obliged to issue a refund. Iggi percept doo Export-Import will ship the goods only under these conditions.
